Fufu Mix (Plantain)
Fufu is a staple food common in many countries in Africa such as Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria. It is often made in the traditional Ghanaian and Nigerian method by mixing and pounding seperate equal portions of cassava and green plantain flour thoroughly with water. Fufu is often served with groundnut soup, palm nut soup or light soup. It is Gluten Free.
Ingredients: Cassava, plantain, Granules (potato), Vitamins and mineral (B-Carotene, Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid, Niacine (Niacinamide), Iron (Ferric Pyrophosphate), Panothenic Acid.
