MAKES 4 SERVINGS:
800g Fish filets, halved, 1 tbsp oil, 3 tsp Tropical Heat Fish Masala Powder, 165ml Coconut Milk, 1 tsp Lemon Zest finely grated , 2tbsp Lemon juice, ¾ cup Frozen Peas, 1 Spring Onion, Salt to taste and fresh Coriander leaves.
DIRECTIONS:
Pat fish dry with a paper towel. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook fish for 1-2 mins each side, until golden. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
Add Fish Masala Powder, salt, coconut milk, lemon zest and juice to the pan. Simmer for 5 mins, or until fish is cooked through. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.
