MAKES 4 SERVINGS:

1lb Chicken pieces, 1 large Onion(chopped), 1 cup Tomato Puree or simply blend two large tomatoes and use, 3 tsp Ginger- Garlic Paste, 2 tbsp Tropical Heat Chicken Masala powder, Salt to taste, Coriander leaves and 2 tbsp oil.

Directions:

Marinate chicken with the ginger garlic paste  for approximately 15minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken curry masala powder and stir fry. Then add chicken pieces and saute for 1-2 minutes. After that add enough water (to desired consistency) and salt and cook for 10-15minutes or pressure cook for 1 whistle. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
